The length of services depends on the person and the process needed. If you need an ergonomic assessment for a work site and no need for software training, this timeline looks very different than those who need advanced training in screen reading software. We never want to rush the process but instead get people the help they need as soon as possible.
We meet people where they are. Often, our clients need services in their workspaces, schools, or homes, so those spaces are often where we meet. We try to be flexible as well so if you prefer a virtual appointment, we are happy to accommodate to the best of our ability. Virtual appointments may not be recommended in cases of ergonomic assessment as measurements are often taken in clients' workspaces
We customize our approach to fit every client's needs. For example, if the need is to learn an app or program, we use hands-on instruction to introduce the program, build skills, and reach proficiency. Sessions are typically 2-3 hours in duration and occur anywhere from one to three times per week. Training happens in various locations consistent with need; client homes, workspace, community space, or virtually using a video conferencing platform.
Cost is dependent upon the service being provided. Often, there are funding sources available for services and products. Please reach out to discuss your needs for an estimate on the cost of services.
We provide comprehensive support to our clients throughout training. Training sessions are one-on-one instruction in order to reach skills proficiency, not just exposure to concepts. You will have access to our instructors and support staff for any queries or assistance.
